16th World Computer Congress, Beijing
I was a member of the official Hong Kong mission to Beijing for the 16th World Computer Congress, a program established under UNESCO. The mission was led by the Secretary of Information Technology and Broadcasting, Mrs Carrie Yau, of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
