Meeting Dr Tso of ISOC Taiwan
Several of us from the Internet Society Hong Kong met today with Dr Chen-Dong Tso (left) of the Graduate School of Informatics of Yuen Ze University, who is also with the Internet Society Taiwan Chapter, for an informal exchange. We discussed a wide range of issues concerning online civil society and Internet users' rights, particularly in the context of Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
