IEEE Spectrum -- recommended summer reading for engineers

IEEE Spectrum is always a good read -- even for engineers like myself who no longer can profess to be ultra technical, IEEE Spectrum always provide the right mix of different angles, from social and policy to technology, in an engineer's perspective.
