香港渣打馬拉松2009∣華仁一家
今年四點三起床，為的是首次參加香港渣打馬拉松2009。這次也同時為華仁一家籌款。我只跑了10K，時間約72分鐘，第一次來說，也從沒跑步習慣，我是滿意的，但應有進步空間吧，我也心思思出年試半馬 :-)
