Forum on the establishment of the Communications Authority
A forum on the establishment of the Communications Authority was held on June 2, 2006, organized by the office of the Hon. Mr. Sin Chung-Kai, legislative councilor for information technology. I made a presentation as the Chairman of Internet Society Hong Kong Chapter on our views on this matter.
