The Star Ferry ....

Had been a fixture of the Victoria Harbour
for generations of HKers. Their hallmark
white and green ferries, could always be
counted on to carry HKers between work and
home and to bridge HK's different worlds:
the highbrow islanders and the lowly
peninsula dwellers. While its demise is
not entirely unexpected.

But the farwell is emotional no less ....

太常引 - 別天星

川流不息過維多。
綠輪泛金波。
無語問碧娥：
遲美人兮無奈何？

老大鐘樓，
幾經風雨，
終歸清史河。
人道去婆娑，
是為了陽光更多。
