Web 2.0 Startup Meetup 聚會
今晚首次參加了Web 2.0 Startup Meetup的聚會，認識了很多新朋友，大多數是在創業中的年青人，令我真的覺得香港的創意的確很好，機會仍然無限！連很多IT界的人都未知Web 2.0為何物（當然這也頗為落後），但這些年青人已經把他們的創意化為商機，從以不同社群為目標的社會網絡服務，以至網上多種語言輸入法，又或者聚會場地主人家David Lee公司的EditGrid，都令我覺得1999-2000年的感覺回來了，只不過對技術和市場的掌握，似乎更充實了！然而，Web 2.0世代中的startups，不能不更國際化，這是與上一浪時很不同的挑戰，但，他們似乎信心十足，令人不得不對香港的年青人，另眼相看，重拾信心！部份來了的startups：

與一些後生仔談起來，我1982年入大學就首次使用互聯網，差不多25年了，唉，這班創業家中，當時有些仲未出世！只好說，我人老心不老！
題外話。下午去這聚會前，有時間到旁邊的298看看，很久沒去了，但二樓入口差不多頭一家店就是賣非法盜版軟件的，的確，以前298的老翻影音軟件店很多很明目張膽，觀已好得多，但一入場大剌剌的一家盜版軟件專門店，海關責無旁貸，若然沒人手資源，為何只選擇性針對網上盜版，或偏重對影音產品執法，忽視盜版軟件？可怒也。
